So I actually wasn't going into this dealership because I knew the car I wanted and it was next door. However the salesman (Dave Malone) was so welcoming, I actually considered buying a kia instead of the car I picked out, so that I could work with him! Friendly and helpful but not overwhelmingly pushy like most dealers I have worked with. If he had been the dealler I worked with walking in next door I would have bought a car then and there! I went home and weighed my options but ultimately, decided to stick with my first choice. However, anyone going into quirk kia, I highly recomend working with Dave.
This location is A++. My husband purchased a brand new Kia Soul from this location in 2014. We worked with a very nice sales associate named Jerry. This is going to be a two-part review. Jerry was so wonderful with getting my husband out of his clunky and awful very old car and into a very new Soul, that we came back three years later to trade it in for the new Niro. This time we worked with Dave Malone. He was so kind and made us feel at ease. When it came to crunching numbers for our new vehicle, we were so pleased to see Jerry again. it's always nice to see a familiar face! Dave sat us down, gave us the gist of what we would owe (we were going in knowing we were taking an upside down loan on our new car) Jerry and Mike were able to get us the numbers we were satisfied with (considering our no-so-great credit scores) We left Saturday afternoon with a brand new Kia Niro and honestly, if it weren't for Dave calming my nerves, i probably would have had an anxiety attack. Thanks for making things so easy! We couldn't be happier. So thanks, our friends at Quirk!
Really great dealing with the sales department at Quirk Kia. I dealt with two salesmen, Jerry and Frank, and both provided excellent service and great information about the car in question.Both are very clear about how the prices flesh out, so there are no holes left open. I would buy here again.

Had another great couple of experiences @ Quirk. My husband leased a car at the beginning of this year. We worked with Gordon, who was very friendly and easy to deal with. We quickly test drove a couple of cars we liked and eventually negotiated a good deal. Matt Sweeney (the GM) had remembered us from when we first leased my car, and he and Jerry Hunter both worked with us in the negotiations and with the paperwork process. Although we ended up being at the dealership for awhile that afternoon, we ended up with a car we loved at a great price. Special thanks to Jerry for offering us some chocolate after hearing we were hungry! I'm at my best when I'm fed haha. Fast forward a couple of months when my lease is coming to an end...the dealership contacted me for an early trade in. One downside - please don't have multiple people call me several times a week..that was BIT much. Maybe ask the customer's preferred method of contact (email, phone, etc.). However, when I did answer my phone/message they waited to call back at a time that I said would be okay. Moving on to our visit last week - since we knew we wanted to renew the lease and I knew I wanted the same kind of car, my husband called ahead to negotiate a deal for us. We originally contacted Gordon, who had since changed dealerships. However, he put us in touch with a lovely gentleman, John Augastave, who helped us make everything happen before we even got to the dealership. I obviously don't recommend this approach if you'd like to try another car but for our purposes it was AMAZING that they were able to accommodate us this way. Honestly the whole process is normally so draining I'm not a huge fan of having to car shop. But John sent us over some different color options and I sent him my preference as well as the other necessary details over the phone. They did all the paperwork, etc. ahead of time so by the time we arrived on a Tuesday evening, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. AMAZING. Once again Matt and Jerry were great, we also worked with a gentleman named Mike (I think?) to get all our paperwork complete and payments processed. Mike was also there today and helped me finish my registration/sticker paperwork. Easiest car buying experience ever! Will be back in a few years when our leases are up!
My experience with Quirk Kia is through buying parts online even though I live in PA. These guys will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If by some chance there's a hiccup because OME parts do vary in the same model year, on the same make and model car. They WILL pay for the return and make sure they get the right part to you by Vin #. I will continue ordering parts from Quirk!!
This is my first car buying experience and Chris made it very friendly and easy. He knows his stuff and was able to answer all my questions. I noticed no pressure tactics on his part, which was a relief. It took several hours from start to finish, which I thought a bit excessive, but as I said, this was my first time so maybe that's not unusual. Bottom line is that I'm highly satisfied with the experience and I now have a great car!
