I brought it back immediatly only to have their service manager Josh tell me I would have to pay for an allignment. My allignment was fine before they touched it. Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about this dealer (service department). Had an issue back in December with my Kia so decided to give them a try and was worst mistake ever. They repaired my vehicle but less than a week later I was having issues after issues and taking my vehicle in weekly, Seems like they kept damaging it to make money out of warranty and I with my deductible.

These people are slick sales people who don’t care about customers. They just want the quick buck and will over charge you. Don’t use them. This was my second dealing with them and both times I walked away frustrated. The second time, it only took me 2 mins to walk away.

Be wary of Quirk Kia in Braintree Mass. They are out to gouge their customers at every turn. Was quoted a 5.5K over MSRP on an Kia Telluride even after having negotiations to the contrary. Emailed this place looking to replace my car that was totalled in an accident. Website advertised 18,875 for a 2019 Niro LX. I emailed them and stated that i didn't want to waste theirs our my own time and asked if that was the out the door price.

The sales manager and sales person was horrible. Argued with the manager and he argued back at me. Bought a kia at a different dealership. They suck.

As my lease was due for renew, I called the sales team based on the offer received through email. After receiving confirmation on the final price over the phone, I drove 50 miles to reach the dealership to learn that there is no such offer and one of the sales manager was so rude to call me names when I told my displeasure over wasting 3 hours of my time with their lies. It was most humiliating expletive I ever had.

I came to quirk to lease an optima. After comparison shopping for weeks, I was excited to finally come home with a car. I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst companies I have dealt with. They quoted me a price over the phone and said they had 3 cars available that I was interested in. When I arrived within 24 hours, they were not only out of stock, but the price was 3k higher than what they told me. Honestly they are just trying to make a sale. I asked for a day to think about the new negotiated price on a car I didn't go to see and they would not even guarantee the price next day.

Unfortunately, my experience at Quirk Kia was horrible. At first, when the promotions are luring, and when you first walk in to purchase your car, the customer service is flawless. But once you experience any legitimate issues, such as, for example, INTERNAL ENGINE FAILURE after only 2.5 years of driving a brand new car, then they could care less about your story.

When I call dealerships with explicit directions as to color of car, interior color and model, I expect them to tailor their response to what is requested. Talked to sales person and given a stock # that was never close to what I asked for. When questioned, the answer was we don't shop around for your color. Is this personal service or courtesy to a new customer? Take it or leave it. I suggest you leave it when it comes to Quirk.

Salesperson appeared nice at first, but became intimidating and sarcastic when I declined on his deal. Very unprofessional and scary. NOT how to treat a customer. I went immediately to a different dealer and purchased.

Jorge Reyes was phenomenal. After dealing with another dealership and being misled, Jorge was a breath of fresh air. He never pressured me, and was completely honest. I knew it was going to be hard with a repossession on my record, but he and Mike made it work. They even came in way lower for monthly payments than I estimated. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I owned my truck for 3 days when I brought it in for warranty repair work. They ATTEMPTED to repair my vehicle and made the problem worse. I went back 3 times and still my vehicle is not properly repaired and the rude service manager wont do anything to resolve the problem. Not I have to get the Better Business Bureau involved.
